About this farm stay rental
Two traditional farmhouses for a maximum of 9 people, with large garden and private pool, located on a hill with great views of the countryside. Carefully restored maintaining original features, they offer a total of 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms and two kitchens.
The houses are surrounded by a hectare of land including woodland and fields, with a private garden, a swimming pool for use exclusively by the guests (10m x 5m, depth 1.3m) and several shady areas for al fresco dining. There is a barbecue, wifi in both houses, mosquito nets on all windows, private parking within the grounds and air conditioning in one bedroom.
This is the ideal location for those who love nature and trekking and is close to many places of interest, including important archaeological sites and some excellent wine producers. The village of Elmo is 1.5km away while Sorano is 8km and Pitigliano is 13km. It is an excellent base for exploring areas such as Orvieto (50km), Lago Bolsena (35km), the natural thermal springs in Saturnia (35km), Pienza (65km), Orbetello and the Argentario Coast are 68km.

Two stone-built houses 100m apart, always rented as a single property.
HOUSE 1 (60 m2):
GROUND FLOOR: living room with fireplace and corner kitchen (4 gas hobs, toaster, microwave, small fridge), sofa and two armchairs, tv, dining table for 5 people; bedroom with two single beds and door to the exterior; bathroom with shower (wc, sink); wooden stairs to the first floor.
FIRST FLOOR: single bedroom; double bedroom (can be made into two single beds on request) with ceiling fan and ensuite wc with sink.
HOUSE 2 (50 m2):
GROUND FLOOR: living room with fireplace, two sofas, tv and dining table; bedroom with two single beds; kitchen with arched ceiling (fridge-freezer, oven, 4 gas hobs, washing machine, toaster, American filter coffee machine); bathroom with shower (bidet, wc, sink). Stairs to the first floor with door to the exterior at the top of the stairs.
FIRST FLOOR: double bedroom with air conditioning, fireplace and ensuite bathroom with wet shower (wc, sink).
The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Final Cleaning, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
