Hermoso hotel, instalaciones, jardines, piscina, la vista al valle y a los viñedos. La comida en la cena muy buena, el vino excelente. El personal muy amable y simpatico.

הצוות מדהים והמיקום ממש מושלם לטיול שרצינו (נסענו למעיינות החמים שהם במרכז של חצי שעה נסיעה ולפיטיליאנו שהמרחק הוא רבע שעה)
נוף יפה מאוד ואווירה נעימה. רגועה, הרבה שקט
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה דלה יחסית, קורנפלקס, יוגורט וגרנולה, פירות, צנים וריבות
אני לצערי לא אוכלת יוגורט אז לא היה הרבה מבחר אבל בסך הכל היה בסדר, היו נורא נחמדים והגישו לנו קפה טעים מאוד

Nice location in the country side. Upon arrival our original intend was to extend the stay if it was enjoyable.
We booked for one night and stayed in a garden view room, but it was very warm and the air conditioning didn’t work, resulting in a poor night of sleep. Apparently the central AC had been switched off. There was no airflow in the room. We had to open the windows, bringing in outside artificial light and had people walking by the window, peeking into the room (although it wasn’t an official through path).
The room needs TLC; the toilet kept running after every flush, the AC was switched off (control panel was barely mounted into the wall socket).
In the morning, the pre-ordered breakfast (only served inside) had missing items (ran out of supply). We stayed at a number of properties in southern Tuscany and this was the most minimal breakfast experienced.
When talking to the staff about our experience and intend to check out, it was received in an aggressive way and the original booking was immediately cancelled on us as “no show”.
Overall a disappointment, which does not align with what would be expected from a well-rated property.
