Perfect in every way! Beautiful little villas in a country setting. Close proximity (5 min. drive) to Saturnia, which has several nice restaurants. Close proximity to the natural hot springs at Cascate del Mulino.
Mikela was our hostess, and she worked hard to ensure our visit was enjoyable. There is an outdoor pavilion where breakfast is provided. I hadn't realized that was included. Several local treats (meats, cheeses, pastries) where included. Mikela offered to make cappucino or eggs, but we declined.
Don't be put off by the road in. It's a little rough, but entirely passable. We found my iPhone mapping worked perfectly throughout Italy, so it was almost impossible to get lost. Every little goat path is in the mapping system.
The swimming pool was very clean and well-maintained.
