This will be the best stay of your time in Italy!

Phenomenal view of Lago di Bolsena! The dinner was incredible with all of the food, ingredients and wine coming from the estate. There isn't a menu and you eat what they have made that day which is very cool. There is secure parking behind a gate and I was welcomed with a fresh coffee. The rooms are fantastic and the water which comes from the local spring is beautiful. I also bought 5l of olive oil which is superb! You must stay here if you are in the area as it is a short drive away from the lake and Capodimonte. I received fantastic hospitality and would love to visit again. Despite the language barrier (I don't speak Italian) I felt immediately welcomed and it was brilliant to stay in such a vast farm which predominantly makes olive oil.

Posizione incantevole con vista sul bellissimo lago di Bolsena. Appartamento accogliente, spazi esterni ideali per i bambini e una bella piscina con zona relax. È anche un punto di partenza ideale per visitare i dintorni: dalle città e borghi storici come Orvieto e Pitigliano fino alle suggestive cascate delle Marmore. Un’esperienza che consigliamo vivamente.

Un luogo che resta nel cuore

Situato in posizione meravigliosa e strategica per raggiungere il lago o luoghi di arte e cultura. L'appartamento da noi utilizzato ha una splendida vista lago. È pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che può servire. L'accoglienza e l'attenzione di Ippolito,il proprietario, verso gli ospiti è stata eccezionale! Sempre pronto e disponibile in caso di bisogno o per dare ottimi consigli su cosa fare o visitare. Il nostro unico rammarico è di non aver provato la sua cucina,ma rimedieremo sicuramente prenotando un'altra vacanza qui!!!

Accoglienza e simpatia

L'agriturismo è gestito dal sig. Ippolito molto simpatico e prodigo di consigli. Chiedete e vi darà informazioni preziose su dove mangiare, su quali località visitare, su dove fare il bagno al bel lago di Bolsena, etc.. La struttura la si raggiunge percorrendo una strada sterrata discretamente lunga. Gli alloggi sono posti in modo tale da permettere la vista del lago. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in un piccolo appartamento con due stanze da letto (una con un letto matrimoniale ed un'altra per i figli con un letto a castello) ed un bagno. Può andar bene come sistemazione per una sosta di pochi giorni. La piscina è graziosa e pulita. Consiglio di provare a cenare una sera in agriturismo, chiedete la mattina ad Ippolito cosa si mangia e prenotatevi per la cena se gradite i piatti proposti.

Imboccare la strada sterrata che porta all'agriturismo i primi due giorni era sempre una preoccupazione, c'è un cartello che indica la svolta dalla strada principale ma soprattutto di sera non è molto visibile.

Struttura molto curata con gestori accoglienti! Panorama splendido sul lago di Bolsena e possibilità di fare colazione e cena all’interno della struttura. Siamo stati molto bene e abbiamo apprezzato e seguito i consigli del gestore su luoghi da visitare e ristoranti della zona.

Fantastico soggiorno sul lago

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni fantastici alle Ginestre! Il nostro appartamento era carinissimo e ben attrezzato, con una vista spettacolare sul lago; nella struttura tutto e' curato e accogliente. il signor Ippolito ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli preziosi per visitare i dintorni. Sicuramente vale la pena di tornarci in estate!
