what a gem!
A very spacious and nice place, fully equipped, there’s everything you may need and much more. It is very private, in a not busy neighborhood, but close to restaurants and Montefiascone. Great place for biking trips.

Relaxing 2 week stay
Beautiful area on lake with pizzeria and restaurants nearby. Kids enjoyed exploring area and swimming in the lake.
No air con but fans were supplied. Maybe a play area for kids would have been nice.

Grundstück mit perfekter Lage
Der großzügige Garten, mit Seezugang. Die Lage des Objekts und der Außenbereich. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren sehr gut.
Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen und sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt (Spülkasten tropfte auf den Fußboden, Spülkasten befüllte sich nur nach einem kräftigen Schlag). Die Duschmöglichkeit in der Badewanne war sehr schwierig, da es keine Abtrennung (Vorhang etc.) gab und so das Wasser nach außen spritzte. Den Vermietern war das bereits bekannt. Informationsmaterial (über WLAN, Erreichbarkeiten, Prospekte) haben wir keine gefunden.

Familienurlaub mit Hund
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, auch ein früheres ankommen war kein Problem :) Gabriel war motiviert und zeigte uns alles genau:) Das Haus ist herrlich, die Umgebung wirklich toll, direkt am See, das Grundstück riesengroß, für unseren Hund ein Abenteuerspielplatz ;) Wir waren wirklich begeistert und würden wieder hierher kommen... Wir bekamen auch ein Babyreiswbett zur Verfügung gestellt :) Toll wäre jetzt noch eine Schaukel und ein Kinderhochstuhl gewesen ;) Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem!

Tolles Grundstück direkt am See
Riesiges Grundstück direkt am See, komplett umzäunter Garten, perfekt für Hund. Man kann zu Fuß zu diversen Restaurants und Bars gehen. Viel Natur, viele Wege zum wandern, viele direkte Seezugänge. Außen Grill vorhanden, ebenso Gartenstühle. Bad hat keine Dusche, nur Badewanne. Wir waren zu viert, das zweite Schlafzimmer und das zweite Bad waren verschlossen. Wohnzimmer hat aber separaten Bereich mit Schlaf Sofa. Fürs einkaufen braucht man das Auto, Supermarkt in Montefiascone, steil über dem See gelegen.
