Beautiful vacation home, formerly an oil mill, on a 250 hectare estate known for the production of organic olive oil, located 8 km from Lake Bolsena. Here you will have the opportunity to visit the private oil mill and taste the extra virgin olive oils produced on the farm. The interior of the house and the furnishings are welcoming and very well maintained and in the spacious outdoor area guests can enjoy a beautiful panoramic swimming pool with equipped sun terrace. Wonderful, wide view of the opposite valley covered with olive trees. Absolute tranquility. Distances: Lake Bolsena with its beaches and medieval hamlets about 8 km, the small town of Montefiascone (stores of all kinds) about 11 km, the ancient city of Viterbo with thermal facilities (Terme dei Papi) 17 km, the picturesque Civita di Bagnoregio ( known as ' dying city') 20 km, the Etruscan Tarquinia and the beautiful, vast free and equipped sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea 52 km. The vacation house is ideal to spend a vacation in total freedom, in the respect of the nature and in the sign of modern comfort. Arrival exclusively 16 - 20 pm.
