Family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place! The attic apartment was very spacious, fully equipped and with a wonderful lake view on the lake. The agriturismo is situated in a peaceful location in the middle of a winery and the outdoor pool is perfect when you get back home after the day of exploring local sites (which are many! so it's also a good strategic point if you want to explore the territory). Good for families with children 🙌

Best place ever! It is a restored monastery refurbished, well equipped and with a modern kitchen —also a nice view to the lake, and surrounded by vineyards. When the temperature reaches 30 or 35 degrees, you can enjoy yourself in the swimming pool. Happy with the guidance and flexibility of Roberto, who guided us and answerer all our questions. Very impressive place!

Struttura moderna sulla strada facile da raggiungere ma cmq silenziosa. L'appartamento era spazioso e con tutti i confort, bellissimo lo spazio esterno. Carina la piscina e buona la palestra, con la vetrata sulla piscina. Bellissima la SPA che abbiamo sfruttato.

Struttura Bucolica, curata in ogni dettaglio. Proprietario Cortese , Disponibile e Gran Signore.

Appartamenti nella struttura arredati con gusto, in stile rustico. Bagni spaziosi, super puliti e tutte le cose messe a puntino. Dotati di ogni confort, per essere vissuti. Tavoli sul Giardino, perfetti per grandi tavolate in condivisione. Piscina idonea per rinfrescarsi e prendere sole e refrigerio. Complimenti a tutti quelli che operano nella struttura. P.S. La struttura appartiene ai proprietari della migliore Cantina di Montefiascone. Una visita e una degustazione, sarebbe ideale. Buon Soggiorno a tutti.

La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse e i locali sul lago. E la location è suggestiva e molto bella. Una vacanza rilassante e piacevole. Piscina grande che ospita benissimo tutti gli abitanti degli appartamenti . La struttura è di un azienda vinicola vicino dalla quale abbiamo acquistato i vini e fatto la degustazione, molto bella

L'appartamento comodo, pulito e con tutti i comfort mai visti da altre parti. Comoda la posizione vicino a luoghi da visitare. Avere la piscina praticamente privata (visto che le abitazioni sono solo 4) la proprietaria molto gentile e carina.

Nulla, magari la piscina andrebbe pulita tutte le sere visto le foglie e gli animaletti che si tuffano. Ma siamo in campagna.. va bene così.

Il fascino di esser immersi nei vigneti dell’Antica Cantina Leonardi e il relax che si vive nelle camere e negli spazi all’aperto sono unici. Comoda la posizione per visitare la Tuscia e non solo. La piscina concede un extra confort non indifferente. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario e casa curata in ogni dettaglio.

Sicuramente il silenzio della struttura , ampiezza delle camere e del bagno , faciulita di parcheggio.

Non ci ha ricevuto nessuno, abbiamo trovato l appartamento freddo e la prima sera abbiamo dormito al freddo, non era un problema di coperte , quelle c erano ma le stanze e l aria era gelida nessuno ci ha spiegato come accendere calorifici ... inoltre la porta vetrata non si chiudeva la serratura solo dopo decine di tentativi alzando abbassando la maniglia sono riuscito a chiuderla con il terrore che la mattina non l avrei riaperta . per non parlare delle luci del viale e del giardino erano tutte spente ... buio totale... io ero con un bambino di 11 anni ... Bah.. Stavo per andare via e lasciare l appartemento. Segnalata la cosa al SOLO contatto telefonico.. si sono scusati .. bene ! "accettate" le scuse ma il disagio è stato solo il nostro .. tra l altro siamo stati s in zona per tre We di seguito per una gara di kart ed e' stata anche la struttura piu costosa... Posto Molto bello ma gestione pessima !!
