Excellent family holiday
We were a family of 5 adults and 1 child and the property catered for all of our needs. As we were just 6 the annexe was closed but there was still loads of space for all of us. Plenty of parking Being able to walk around the grounds, perfect for an evening stroll and picking fresh lemons and limes was an extra bonus. Having a swimming pool, sunbeds, outside cooking area were all perfect. Perfect location Marta is lovely and easy to walk to. We also visited Rome, Orvieto, Montepulciano, ant lots more places from here. Owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming
That cats at this property, we are not cat lovers and they became rather annoying. There is a property close by that has a lot of dogs in cages that bark a lot into the night

Heel mooie plek met veel faciliteiten en privacy, hebt wel auto nodig om naar dorp te kunnen.
Faciliteiten, alles was er. Veel keuken spullen, servies en bestek zowel buiten als binnen. Heel groot en ruim opgezet. Ligt schitterend tussen de olijf bomen.
Zwembadpomp was een paar dagen stuk, maar dat was gewoon pech.

Traumhaftes mediterranes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch ist es perfekt gelegen. In einer wunderschönen ruhigen Natur, umgeben von Olivenbäumen und in der Nähe des Bolsenasees, einer der saubersten Seen Italiens. Der Gastgeber ist mehr als freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hoffen sehr es bald wieder mieten zu können.
