We had an amazing time

Lovely location, super friendly staff and an amazing restaurant!

Breakfast should be refilled until the end. We often arrived at 9.45 with no bread left, eggs all gone, which is not ideal when your breakfast is from 8.30-10.30. Also the beds are due for a replacement. We could feel the springs through them.

Superb

We loved the hanging out in the pool, the delicious dinner at the restaurant on site and most of all the availability of the staff. On top of this, the hotel is well positioned to explore the Tuscia and its villages like Tuscania.

Perfect in every way

Stunning location, great pool, lovely food, breakfast was fantastic I love the way it's served as a banquet at the table. Immaculately clean, staff very friendly and attentive. Excellent shower and comfy beds. Couldn't fault it in anyway it was perfect.

I didn't like leaving would have loved another night but we were on a 5 day road trip around Tuscany.

A small paradise in the countryside 🥰

The place is amazing, really quite! The room was comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The staff is incredibly kind!! The breakfast was good, with an amazing view to the olive trees :)

The room had a lot of bugs, maybe because it’s in the middle of the countryside. But still, we recommend them to be more careful about it.

A Relaxing Experience

Staff cordial and well briefed. Restaurant a la carte and food excellent! Our daughter of twelve found the menu a bit fussy for her age but they provided us with the option of a simple spaghetti with tomato sauce which she was very happy with. The wine which is their own produce was very good...and very reasonably priced for a hotel ( 20 Euros ). Overall a lovely experience with comfortable beds, a nice outside pool and a very tastefully designed spa with sauna, hammam and a pool with water jets. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing to complain about. Perhaps the suite was a bit over priced considering it was May...and a tv in the bedroom would have worked well as our daughter was sleeping on the pull out sofa bed in the other room/ sitting room area so if you have kids and they go to bed earlier it is a bit difficult to watch TV..but a minor detail considering the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the structure.

Exceptional

Too many things, focusing on the main ones to keep the review short: 1. Staff: very helpful, pleasant to have around and professional, taking very seriously any covid related measures 2. Restaurant: We had 3 dinners at the hotel's restaurant and every single time the food has been outstanding. We particularly appreciated the chef's creativity on pescatarian dishes and the use of local, fresh products. 3. Facilities: The Massage facility (additional charges) has been a fantastic addition to our stay. We enjoyed as well our relaxing time at the SPA since due to covid-rule we had the whole SPA for us, during the booked timeslot. In short, I think that Il Podere di Marfisa is a great destination for couples that would like to have a great, relaxing stay in a high-quality place.

Luxurious stay to pamper yourself

This is a really luxurious place highly recommended for a romantic getaway. Everything is created with comfort and pleasure in mind - from delicious and healthy breakfast, to the pool and pool service (you can have lunch by the pool), new rooms, the spa, gourmet dinner (we had a 6 course chef selection - all excellent - with 6 wine pairings. Excellent service and a beautiful place overall. Would not hesitate to return.

We were looking forward to having dinner outside given the peaceful and beautiful location and warm evenings, but only indoor seating was offered (even though there are tables outside).

Zorgeloos verblijf voor ultieme ontspanning. Personeel is fantastisch. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam en doen er alles aan om je verblijf perfect te maken. Eten en drinken (waaronder hun eigen wijnen) zijn heerlijk.

Posto molto bello! Lo consiglio vivamente. Siamo stati qui per il ponte del primo maggio ed è stato davvero entusiasmante. Location bellissima, stanza con un bel terrazzo, belli gli spazi esterni con piscina, ottimo il ristorante e fantastica la colazione. Viaggio molto per lavoro e raramente ho trovato qualcosa del genere... Personale gentilissimo, attento e preparato.
