The villa is situated at the center of an estate of about 3 acres on a hill from which you can admire a 360 ° panorama that spans three regions of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio in a pristine natural environment and very quiet. The property was built according to the criteria of bio-architecture and is located just 10 km from the Baths of San Casciano dei Bagni and the border with the Natural Reserve of Monte Rufeno.
Can be reached in 30-40 minutes places such as Montalcino, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, with its famous Duomo Orvieto, Città della Pieve, Lake Bolsena where you can rent boats of various types and always in 30 minutes you arrive on Mount Amiata you can visit the Wildlife Park and observe many species of animals that live in almost natural.

Very nice place to leave big cities and stay in rural area between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany. It is really remote, in agricultural area with nice views to the surrounding country. Naturally, there is a bit more insect than in cities, although surprisingly we did not have that many mosquitos :). Enjoyed the pool just for ourselves during hot days. The host is very nice, providing privacy and yet available if anything is needed. Many sightseeing places within the reach of two hours.

Sono stato in questa casa per il consueto annuale viaggio di famiglia, la casa è esattamemte come descritta dalle fotografie la posizione è incantevole e ti fa godere ed apprezzare il significato di tranquillità senza rinunciare a confort ormai indispensabili ( TV, WiFi, piscina, griglia ecc. )
La casa è spaziosa e molto luminosa, gode di ampi spazi coperti esterni dove è possibile anche cullarsi con delle amache.
I proprietari Marco e Patrizia sono molto gentili disponibili e discreti ti accorgi della loro presanza solo quando serve.
Alla fine riesci ad apprezzare anche la strada di accesso "un pò" avventurosa ma bellissima.
Bella vacanza bei posti grande tranquillità

Prachtig huis, fantastische ligging met fantastisch mooi vergezichten. Het huis heeft alle comfort en is ideaal voor meerdere koppels (gezinnen) of grote gezinnen. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Centraal gelegen om als uitvalsbasis heel wat mooie plekjes te gaan bezoeken. Hier is niets negatiefs op aan te merken. We hadden er een droomvakantie.

Das Haus ist genauso ist wie auf dem Bildern, die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank für eine wundervollen Urlaub
