Casale Andrea is a large private farmhouse with pool in Umbria, located near Spoleto, one of the most characteristic towns of the region. This accommodation is suitable for large groups who love tranquillity and simplicity. The property is perfect to reach Perugia, Gubbio, Todi, and Orvieto, some of the most characteristic attraction of Umbria.
The farmhouse, with its wide outdoor spaces, offers its guests a private pool and various relaxation and shaded areas to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners.
The farmhouse is set on two levels. The ground floor is composed of a spacious dining room, an equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower and loundry area, a bathroom with accessible shower.
Two separate internal entrances lead to the first floor, which is divided in two sleeping areas.
The first one is composed of a double bedroom with bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath. In the second one there are a bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with bath, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bath and a relaxation area with sofa and TV.
