posizione ottima vicino al mare e vicino a Capalbio; appartamento molto bello e pulito; aggiornerei il mobilio; unico dato negativo la presenza di piccioni.

Simone, Simone, Simone!!! Ragazzo eccezionale e molto disponibile, ci ha accolto e seguito in maniera impeccabile…è sicuramente lui il valore aggiunto di questo appartamento!!ottima posizione, accanto a un buonissimo ristorante, parcheggio gratuito disponibile e un bel terrazzo con vista!!
I mobili e qualche arredo andrebbero sicuramente rinnovati - vista la tariffa non economica, non è il massimo dover pagare anche 15 euro a persona (compresi bambini) per kit asciugamani e lenzuola - i piccioni sul terrazzo (anche se capisco che non è facile mandarli via)

We loved the rual location. The reception by the landlady (Martha and her family) was exeptional nice, we really felt welcome. She was already waiting for us. We ran into some troubles during our stay (not related to the accomodation) and the landlady went above and beyond to help us and to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were very, very clean, witch for us is very important.

Facile da raggiungere ed accogliente. La ragazza che ci ha fatto il check in era molto gentile e super disponibile.
L'appartamento non era molto pulito, in particolar modo il terrazzo. L'unico prodotto per pulire era il sapone per i piatti il resto l'abbiamo comprato noi insieme alla carta igienica che mancava. Tante formiche e tantissimi uccelli che hanno nidificato ovunque, ci siamo ritrovati un paio di uccelli morti in terrazzo ricoperti di formiche.
