About this house rental
This detached villa is located in the enchanting promontory of Ansedonia, opposite Mount Argentario. It is fully equipped and ideal for a relaxing family holiday.
The property is located on the southern coast of Tuscany, just 400 m walk from the sea. From the villa you can reach the beautiful Cosa archaeological site with a small museum on foot. Numerous restaurants can be found within a 15 km radius and the nearest supermarket is 8 km away. The Tagliata Etrusca and the Spacco della Regina are well worth a visit.
Enjoy total privacy and beautiful sea views from the terrace. The villa is spread over 2 floors and equipped with comfortable rooms furnished with care and taste. Air conditioning provides cooling on the top floor and the pleasant garden is furnished with attractive furniture.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!
Beach towels are not included
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Not easily impressed, but this place stood out with its nice details like stylish furniture and air conditioning that worked great. Little things made a difference.

Wi-Fi worked well enough for catching up on emails. The space allowed for a comfortable atmosphere to get some work done with no issues at all.
