Private: property (fenced), beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool fenced (12 x 4 m, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 31.May. - 15.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, barbecue, children's playground. 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 4 km, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Albinia" 44 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 7 km. Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit toller Außenanlage. Pool, Feuerstelle, Grill, Holzofen, überdachter Außensitzplatz, etc. Ausgesprochen nette Vermieter, die sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit sind. Sehr bemüht, dass man sich rundherum wohl fühlt, was an diesem Ort garantiert ist. Traumhaus, Traumgarten, Traumvermieter.

Tolles Haus mit tollen Vermietern! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind wunderschön, gepflegt aber trotzdem bleibt der Charme des alten Hauses erhalten! Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und idyllisch, Erholung ist garantiert! Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich! Sie haben uns freundlich empfangen, waren jederzeit für Fragen und Anregungen zu erreichen, bei einer Autopanne waren sie super hilfsbereit, wir sind sehr dankbar die beiden kennengelernt zu haben!

Bei dieser Unterkunft haben sich die Eigentümer unglaublich viel Mühe gegeben, ein Ort für die die Erholung und das entspannen zu schaffen und es ist ihnen sehr gut gelungen. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail haben sie das Haus und das Grundstück hergerichtet und pflegen es. Hier hat einfach alles gepasst und wir haben und von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt!

Liebenswürdige Gastgeber, ein Typisches Toscana Haus mit Pool ganz für uns an wunderschöner Lage und dazu allerbestes Wetter. Was will man noch mehr. Wir werden wir kommen.
