Wonderful place to stay near a lovely small town. Great food and lovely people.

So much food!! The owner leaves food for the guests. From yogurt to cakes to fresh fruit and we even borrowed oil and vinegar. Lots of coffee pods. Everything you could eat for breakfast or lunch. The pool is perfect and the grounds are large and you can walk around. It’s quiet and out of the way.

The apartment is a little small but for 2 people it good. The bed squeaks a bit but comfortable. It is a little hard to find but the owner came out and showed us the way there.

Comfortable and delightful

This was a wonderful stay. Rachele has thought of everything a guest might need. Beds were comfortable, washing machine available, apartment was very clean and had everything possibly needed for cooking. A bottle of wine and a homemade cake was waiting for us on several evenings. The fridge was stocked with yogurts, butter, juices, milk, eggs, breads, cereal, oranges, apples and more. There were homemade jams made by Rachele’s mom with 2 flavors of biscotti. Bedrooms were spacious and well appointed with armoire to hang clothes. The bathroom was spacious with room to keep toiletries. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic and peaceful.

Our stay at this beautiful and peaceful farmhouse with a swimming pool was an incredible find. The welcome and kindnesses of Rachele the host, her mother Loira and gorgeous Brik the dog was heartwarming and incredible. We had a spotless, pretty 2 bedroom apartment with everything we could possibly need provided. There were so many lovely details that it would be impossible to name them all but include: a well stocked fridge and cupboard with varied foods and drinks for breakfasts, homemade jams and chutney, a bottle of wine, separate swimming towels the list goes on! A real highlight was the delicious homemade cake freshly baked every day ( thank you Loira) and the thoughtful goodie bag with homemade produce on our last day. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachele and she is an amazing host and has the fastest response time to any query I have experienced. We would love to return to experience the magic of Agriturisimo Podernuovo again.

A stay at Agriturismo Podernuovo is a real pleasure. An ideal place to relax. The place has its own atmosphere. A good location for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. The owners are lovely and very helpful.

Perfect service

Our family of 3 spent a little over a week at Podernuovo and loved every minute of it. Apartment is nice and clean and comes with everything you need to cook (full size oven/4 gas burners/freezer etc) - plus great coffee maker. Although there is no aircondition in the flat it was not a problem (we stayed during a crazy heatwave). There is always a nice breeze on the property. Rachele did provide us with a portable unit, but we ended up not using it. The sorroundings are really pretty and with plenty of seating scattered around so you can change scenery during the day. The pool is exceptionally clean and there are plenty of loungechairs and parasols for shade. Rachele and her mother go out of their way to solve any possible (and impossible) challenge. From recommandations of what to do/where to eat (we tried almost all of the recommended restaurants and had excellent food and service every time) etc, to googling and providing directions for where to find a replacement coolerbox for our car. Breakfast is amazing - a fridge full of everything you could possibly need, and an extra one where you can go and grab anything you run out off (if you are not there when they come around to ask what you need). The fabolous homemade jams. The yummy cake delivered every evening. Oh - and lets not forget Brick - the friendly family dog who went along with me on my morning walks. He knows not to come inside the apartment or in the pool, but likes to greet the guests when they come "home". We would not hesitate to stay here again. It was perfect for our little family, but would also fit very well for an extended family, with everyone having their own apartment, still maintaining the possibility of i.e. dining together in the patio.

Nothing really... the extra bed in our bedroom was a little bit uncomfortable - but I doubt many use it anyway. And in some instances the wifi was a bit shaky (it was Tour de France and a Dane was winning - which was the only reason for streaming during our stay. The area is way to beautiful to be online!

Great vacation

The owners were great. They came by every day to check that everything was fine and delivered a new cake every day. The pool was nice and clean. there were plenty of places outside to eat and relax.

Wonderful accommodation with very friendly hosts - perfect for a holiday.

We can highly recommend this accommodation. Everything you need as a family was available in the holiday flat; the flat was very clean; the internet connection in the flat was good and the Wi-Fi even worked at the pool. The pool was fantastic and already open at the beginning of June, which is not a matter of course. The location is good; wonderful for nature walks. The nearby village of Aquapendente was worth a visit. By car you can quickly reach the town and also the lake "Lago di Bolsena". But the icing on the cake is the hosts: the accommodation is family-run and the welcome was warm. Everything was shown to us and the treatment was very generous. Even a late check-out on the day of departure was no problem at all, after consultation, and at no extra cost. And as mentioned many times, there were wonderful tasting homemade cakes and jams every day. You could hardly feel more welcome.

There is simply nothing to criticise here.

Exceptional

The place is very quiet. Rachele and her mother are very friendly and helpful. They fulfilled all our wishes. My father forgot his jacket in the closet and Rachele sent it to us to the Czech Republic and she didn't even want to pay for it! Rachele also recommended us a good place to do covid test and very good restaurants. Rachel's mother makes delicious homemade salt and sweet cakes and jams from many different special kinds of fruit.

We had a lovely time here, Rachele and her mother were extremely welcoming, the homemade cakes were a lovely touch and very tasty! In terms of facilities nothing was missing and the swimming pool was a bonus. Would definitely return!

Landelijke rust op een mooie agriturismo.

Deze agriturismo is echt een verborgen pareltje. Mooi appartement, met airco, veel ruimte voor onze pubers om buiten bezig te zijn en met een prima zwembad. Maar de echte kracht ligt in de enorme service gerichtheid van de host Rachele! Ze staat constant voor je klaar om te helpen en geeft leuke tips voor activiteiten en etentjes in de omgeving. Bij aankomst was de koelkast gevuld met diverse producten en stond de wijn voor ons klaar. Als er iets op was, kon je dit aanvullen vanuit de centrale (voorraad)koelkast. Daarnaast kwam iedere avond de moeder van Rachele een taart brengen die bedoeld was voor het ontbijt van de volgende dag. Dat was een feest voor onze kinderen! Onze dank aan Rachele en haar moeder voor een fantastische vakantie week in Acquapendente!

We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Rachele. En niets was te veel. We kregen zelfs iedere avond cake gemaakt door de moeder des huizes. Het zwembad was prima en verder was het heerlijk rustig. We hebben heerlijk genoten. Hoe dan ook een aanrader.

Un angolo di paradiso in una zona meravigliosa!

Questo agriturismo è il luogo perfetto per chi desidera trascorrere dei giorni in tranquillità in mezzo alla natura. L' accoglienza di Rachele e della sua mamma sono davvero inspiegabili a parole. Gentilezza, amore per il proprio lavoro, disponibilità e presenza in caso di qualsiasi necessità! Inoltre, i dolci della signora Loira sono a dir poco buonissimi! Non potevamo chiedere di più! L' appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato aveva tutto ciò che serve, curato nei dettagli e con uno spazio all' esterno delizioso. La piscina a disposizione degli ospiti è poi un angolo di completo relax! La zona nei dintorni è davvero molto bella, noi abbiamo seguito i consigli di Rachele (luoghi da visitare, sagre, ristoranti) e non ce ne siamo pentiti! ☺️ Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie ancora di tutto!

이탈리아 여행 중에 마지막으로 묵은 숙소입니다. 4일 연박을 했는데, 너무 좋은 선택이었어요. 도착했을 때 rachele이 우리를 맞이해주었어요. 거실에는 rachele의 어머니가 만들어 주신 케이크와 잼, 냉장고에는 아침에 먹을 수 있는 요거트나 음료수, 계란, 우유등이 준비되어 있었어요. 찬장에는 빵과 비스켓도 있어서 우리는 아침으로 너무 맛있게 먹을 수 있었어요. 방이 3개여서 4인 가족인 우리는 방 2개만 주로 이용했는데 넓은 공간을 우리가 다 쓸 수 있어서 너무 쾌적하고 좋았어요. 침구도 매우 쾌적했어요. 수영장도 매일 수질 체크를 하시는 것 같았어요. 나뭇잎이 떨어지기도 하는데 다음 날이 되면 깨끗하게 관리하셨더라고요. 아들이 축구를 하고 놀 수 있는 작은 축구 골대도 있었어요. 혹시 공을 빌릴 수 있냐고 물었는데 일부러 공을 사서 주셨던 거 같았어요. 너무 감동이었어요. 아이와 아침에는 축구도 하고 산책도하고 너무 평화로운 시간이었어요. 주변에 레스토랑이나 관광지도 rachele이 알려주었어요. 불편한 거는 정말 하나도 없었고, 매일 저녁마다 rachele의 어머니가 구워주신 케이크를 맛 보는 건 정말 큰 기쁨이었어요. 아이들 빨래도 바깥 세탁기로 할 수 있었고, 빨래를 널 곳도 충분했어요. 마지막 날 직접 인사해 주시고 직접 선물을 넣어 주셔서 너무 감동이었어요. 정말 이때까지 여행하면서 최고의 숙소였어요. 여유가 된다면 매년 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Heel fijne agriturismo, zeker een aanrader met kinderen

We kregen een heel hartelijke ontvangst en konden met al onze vragen (ivm uitstapjes of lekkere restaurantjes) steeds terecht bij de gastvrouw. Het uitgebreide assortiment aan ontbijtspullen (bij aankomst aanwezig in de woning + via self-service aan te vullen) in combinatie met de dagelijkse vers gebakken taart waren voor ons echt een verwennerij. Het zwembad (met zout ontsmet) was een welkome verfrissing en de airco die in het verblijf aanwezig was, zorgde voor een aangename koelte.

Als er toch een punt van kritiek mag gegeven worden; in het dubbel bed moet je wat moeite doen om niet steeds naar elkaar toe te rollen.

아콰펜덴테에서의 힐링 2박!

숙소에서 매일 아침 새소리를 듣고 일어나고, 바로 앞에 평화로운 데이지 꽃밭에서 의자에 앉아 풍경을 바라보면 너무 힐링되었습니다. 사투르니아, 볼세나호수 등 주변 명소를 가기에도 좋은 위치였습니다. 또한 친절한 호스트가 챙겨준 맛있는 잼와 와인, 신선한 과일 등은 너무 환대받는 기분이었습니다. 또 이탈리아를 방문한다면 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 멍멍이도 너무 귀여워요

공기가 너무 좋아 창문을 열어두고 싶었는데, 농가이다보니 모기 등 벌레가 있어 열어두기 어려웠습니다. 이탈리아의 대부분의 집들이 방충망을 설치하지 않는 듯 하지만, 창문에 방충망이 설치된다면 창문을 열고 환기하기 더 좋을 것 같습니다💚
