The Borgo di Santarsa farmhouse is in the upper part of the site at about 800 metres above sea level and with a wonderful view of Sansepolcro. This typical Tuscan farmhouse from the 16th century was restored and renovated using traditional and original materials such as brick, stone and wood. The large, rustic dining room provides a fireplace, a TV with satellite reception and plenty of tables, benches and chairs, so that all guests can enjoy meals together. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, as well as plenty of crockery and accessories for catering for a large group. In total the property comprises six apartments with 13 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Each apartment has its own fully-equipped kitchen.
