Visited Villa S Andrea in November as a couple and everything exceeded our expectations.
From the morning views of the Chianti hills, to the modem fillings of the villa, you’re guaranteed to be rejuvenated and relaxed from Villa S Andrea’s hospitality.
Amenities include strong hot shower and dishwasher. Aircon is also included which is rare in traditional European homes.
Expect complete privacy, peace and gorgeous Tuscan weather.
Osteria is delicious. Had dinner there twice. Villa is also not too far out from other small towns so we felt perpecty safe driving out for dinner (just don’t drink and drive). Location is close to popular wineries like Antinori.
Ilaria and Juan were accommodating & helpful. Ilaria gave us the best recommendations of small towns to visit (must see certaldo!)
House keeping comes every 2-3 days to change towels/bedsheets. Washing machine/ ironing board provided.
The interior is rustic & romantic. Bed is comfy and house is spacious. Thanks for making our stay amazing and romantic!
Toilet bowl is a bit high so legs will be dangling, and flush is not strong cos of older plumbing. However, not a big deal - the place is too amazing to let this affect our comfort.
100% will recommend for a relaxing getaway and will be dreaming of my stay here!

Stunning location, very clean with plenty of room. Fit our family of 5 comfortably. The hot tub is an amazing bonus with incredible view. Hosts are friendly and send you lots of helpful links to places to eat etc.

Fabulously situated above vast vineyards and olive groves, Villa S.Andrea was a perfect sanctuary for us. Our exceptional experience began once we stepped into reception and was greeted by Filippo. We knew we arrived to a place we would make wonderful memories. He made us feel welcome, with a beverage and a sweet after a long day of travel. Our accommodations were lovely! The views were spectacular and the place was homey, and well-equipped. Laundry facilities were close to us, a breakfast buffet had a wide assortment with eggs made upon our request, and a lovely restaurant was on-site where we ate a fabulous dinner. It is a great launching pad to the historic and beautiful country sites of Tuscany, yet availed itself as a comfortable, modern, luxurious accommodation to return to each evening.
We hadn't realized how far our accommodation was from reception and breakfast, but that was on us for not refreshing our reading about the facility closer to the date of our arrival. It wasn't much of a bother to us though, because we had a car rental so we could get around the vast property fairly easily.

We loved the size of the rooms, the breakfast was wonderful each day. Walking around the property to the lake was so fun.
The staff left each day around 2 so if you needed anything past that time there was no one to ask. Also food.. because of the roads and driving at dark, would be nice to have another food option for meals.
