The location is great, amongst the greenery, very close to Pienza and Vitaleta chapel, in a tranquil setting surrounded by wildlife (pheasants, frogs, deer, etc.). The view is also spectacular, as the resort is quite high up. The place was quiet in April, with multiple outside areas to sit and relax.
The breakfast is superb, with cheeses, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, croissant, delicious pastries and a bar where they can make you coffee. They even had oat milk cappuccinos.
It also has plenty of parking and accommodating staff.
The biggest issue was the water temperature in the shower, it kept going from super hot to super cold without us moving the temperature lever at all. Which of course made it impossible to shower.
The room also didn't have any windows, so you needed to either leave the veranda door (which was basically the room door) open if you wanted some air. The room could also have been cleaner..
The restaurant doesn't have a lot of vegetarian options.
Lastly, in order to get to the reception/restaurant area from your room you have to walk on the grass, as there's no stepping stones or path, which is a problem when the grass is wet or if you want to wear heels/white shoes/light trainers etc.

It was nice but not worth for what you pay for.The gardens were very beautiful , staff and food was very good.
Very expensive for just a place where to sleep.
It’s nice but I don’t recommend if you have children.
