Agri relais I’ll Poderaccio di Bolsena is a hidden Gem and is not to be missed , if you are looking for that quintessen

After months of searching , for the perfect place to stay on our first trip to Italy, Agri relais ll Poderaccio di Bolsena did not disappoint! The pictures online do not do it justice. We stayed in a farmhouse called IL Segreto Della Quercia, just a five minute walk or 1 min drive from the main villa . The accommodations were quite spacious, inside and out. Two bedrooms 2 baths with an open concept living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was a clothes washer! Way more space than we needed for the two of us , we probably would have been fine in one of the apartments on ground, but I wanted to feel like we were truly LIVING in Tuscany not a hotel, and this was the closest I think we will ever get to that! This cottage would be perfect for a girls trip, or for a family with children.. The yard is fenced with plenty of parking , outdoor table for dining, and chaises to lounge in the sun. Even a pool which would be amazing if you have kids along. There was lots of local wildlife, foxes rabbits and incredible views! Oh the views…. Especially from the dining room, which is entirely enclosed by glass , has the views I always dreamed I’d see in Tuscany! The main Villa is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. Dotting the grounds there were numerous sitting areas to enjoy the views of the rolling hills overlooking Bolsena Lake. One of my favorites memories was each morning , following breakfast, we would take our cappuccino outside to enjoy the views . I have to say though , the most unexpected aspect of our stay was the food. There are 2 options available for meals , breakfast included or full board which includes dinner each night . We opted for full board . The breakfast was buffet style , and there were always fresh pastries , fresh fruit , fresh baked breads , eggs, meat, cheeses etc. more choices and better than your average hotel in the US.

There was really nothing I didn’t like about the property. I would say there were more regrets than anything else I wish I had more time to explore the actual property itself … if there wearnt actual places we wanted to explore we both said we would have been absolutely satisfied to stay at the Villa every day . It felt more like a resort you may stay at back in the states … I wish I had used the electric bikes for rent to go to Bolsena , was right down the road… We never had enough time to use the pool at the farmhouse or the beautiful Inground pool on the property. I wish I had a bigger appetite lol I felt aweful refusing food when I was full or only eating small amounts of food so I could try each coarse …. Each coarse is a normal size but I’m diabetic and on Monjaro so I feel full rather quickly…. The countryside can be buggy in the evenings in May but that is a natural thing that can’t be helped I wish it was cooler in the evenings so we could have used the gorgeous stone fireplace in the farmhouse ( the nerve of Mother Nature lol) …. But it was worth having perfect weather during the day!

Beautiful vistas of lake Bolsena in a warm and friendly environment that felt like home!

Amazing location, owners were very welcoming and the food in the restaurant was outstanding. Our room was beautiful. We loved our stay and will return next year for sure.

Lovely cottage with an amazing view

Beautiful place with view of the lake, spacious and quiet.. great place to stay when exploring the area.

Breakfast wasn’t available, although the property caters for self.. being isolated and staying for just one night we didn’t have time to buy breakfast stuff.

Perfect place with perfect hosts!

Stefano and Emmanuela are so kind and accepted us with open arms and hearts. Their place is a piece of heaven and that combination made us feel above the clouds, when they heard that i wanted to propose to my girlfriend they were super excited and keen to help which made my proposal the best experience it could be, all thanks to them!

Trotz schöner Lage und Umgebung, waren wir von dem Rest enttäuscht!

Es ist eine 2,5 km lange sehr schlechte Zufahrt, teilweise ragen Büsche und Sträucher auf die Zufahrt, so dass man sich auf Lackkratzer am Auto einstellen muss, wenn ein Fahrzeug entgegen kommt, ist es ganz vorbei; Appartement entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Vorstellungen, es war teils zu dunkel und sehr sporadisch eingerichtet, es fehlte absolut an Gemütlichkeit; Abends und morgens war es so laut im Restaurant (teils durch Musik), dass man überhaupt nicht in Ruhe sitzen und genießen konnte

Waanzinnige heerlijke dagen gehad en komen graag een keer terug !

Alles was aanwezig in ons appartement/ huisje. Omgeving was super relaxed en het Bed sliep heerlijk. Stefan en Manuela zijn super enthousiast en een goede gastheer/vrouw. Wij hebben een waanzinnige paar dagen gehad en willen graag terugkomen. Zowel ontbijt als diner was fantastisch!

Fabuleux!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la quiétude du lieu. Les hôtes sont adorables et très prévenants. Nous avions pris l’option avec le petit déjeuner qui était très bon et copieux avec une superbe vue sur le lac tous les matins. Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu et nous remercions Manuela et Stefano pour leur accueil.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt im Rustico am Bolsenasee: Die erhoffte Erholung blieb aus

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön

Trotz guter Bewertungen war unser Aufenthalt im abgelegenen Rustico „Il Segreto della Quercia“ am Bolsenasee enttäuschend. Die erhoffte Ruhe und Erholung blieben aus. Bei Ankunft war das Haus verschmutzt, besonders Dusche und Küche. Geschirr und Besteck waren in schlechtem Zustand. Sofas und Gartenmöbel waren unbequem und schmutzig, was Entspannung unmöglich machte. Es gab zahlreiche technische Mängel: Das WLAN funktionierte tagelang nicht, Warmwasser fiel wiederholt aus (einmal über 24 Stunden) und die Poolpumpe war defekt. Trotz Beanstandung blieben die Reinigungen oberflächlich. Das Grundstück war ungepflegt, der hohe Rasen zog Insekten an und das provisorische, gefährliche Tor war hinderlich. Das Frühstück im Haupthaus war mit schimmeligem Käse und hartem Brot ungenießbar. Kurz vor Abreise fielen Strom und Wasser aus. Uns fehlte ein besseres Krisenmanagement der Vermieter. Viele Mängel hätten vorab behoben oder defekte Gegenstände ersetzt werden müssen. Obwohl es ein altes Haus ist, mangelte es an Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail. Ein erholsamer Urlaub war unter diesen Umständen nicht möglich

Un’esperienza da ricordare!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend fantastico. La struttura è immersa nella natura, in un contesto tranquillo e rigenerante, a pochi minuti dallo splendido lago di Bolsena. Un vero angolo di paradiso! Lo staff è stato semplicemente impeccabile: accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all’ultimo momento. La colazione era ricca, con proposte sia dolci che salate, preparate con prodotti genuini e spesso locali – davvero deliziosa. Le cene sono state splendide: piatti gustosi, ben presentati e curati nei dettagli, grazie a uno chef eccellente. La sala da pranzo con vista mozzafiato sul paesaggio circostante ha reso ogni pasto ancora più speciale. La posizione dell’agriturismo è perfetta per esplorare il lago di Bolsena e i suoi dintorni: immerso nella natura, ma vicino a borghi e luoghi incantevoli. Un’esperienza che consigliamo di cuore a chi cerca relax, buona cucina e autenticità. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

App. mir tollem Ausblick aber schlechtem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Der Ausblick und die Ruhe des großzügigen App. mit Terrasse war wirklich sehr schön, haben wir genossen. Die Betreiber und das Personal waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Die Ausstattung des App. war u.M. nach nicht mehr zeitgemäß, auch in Anbetracht, dass es ein Agrar-Hof ist. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich ist alt und so weich, dass man kaum mehr daraus hochkommt. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine im Küchenbereich, nur eine Steckdose daneben am Boden, wie man im Übrigen im ganzen App. einen Adapter benötigt zum Betrieb von Elektrogeräten oder Aufladen von Handys, für empfanden das als sehr ärgerlich. Selbst der im Bad vorhandene Föhn konnte ohne Adapter nicht betrieben werden. Der alte Esstisch war auch nicht mehr schön anzusehen. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes, die Spiegeleier sowie der ausgebratene Speck waren bereits zu Beginn des Frühstücks nicht mehr warm. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mit 200 Euro pro Tag in der Vorsaison passt nicht.

Soggiorno incantevole sul lago di Bolsena

La vista sul lago è mozzafiato. Abbiamo preso gli appartamenti da quattro persone, che sono molto spaziosi e comodi con la terrazza che si affaccia sul lago. Il giardino e il verde in generale è molto ben curato e e il luogo è davvero incantevole. le colazioni varie e squisite. Consigliamo senz'altro di rimanere a cena (la cena migliore del nostro viaggio, con unn'ampia scelta di vini). I proprietari, Manuela e Stefano, sono due persone eccezionali, con le quali non si finirebbe mai di parlare.

Fantastico ed indimenticabile. Innamorati a prima vista!

Tutto: la location, il panorama mozzafiato, i titolari presenti, vivaci , coinvolgenti e capaci di instaurare subito un bel rapporto mantenendo la professionalità necessaria. Ci hanno dato ottimi suggerimenti e spunti oltre ad essere gioviali, ma mai invadenti. Anche i loro figli educati e coinvolti nell’attività . La location e il casale La Chiesina , un nido perfetto per una coppia. La cena e la colazione , ricche ed abbondanti con prodotti locali di altissima qualità ( yogurt home made, torte ottime anche gluten free, yogurt di pecora, formaggi e salumi locali, frutta abbondante :arance lime banane mele mirtilli ) con cui puoi farti centrifuga al momento, bevande calde degne di un’ottima caffetteria).

Meravigliosa esperienza

Accoglienza, disponibilità dei titolari a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Colazione ottima. Location una delle più belle visitate negli ultimi anni. Si nota davvero tanto l'impegno a fare star bene i clienti. Veranda con una vista sul lago che ti riempi gli occhi e il cuore. Ottima posizione a mezz'ora di macchina dalle principali attrazioni .Tutto perfetto. Ritornerò in questa meraviglia.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Se proprio dovessi cambiare qualcosa nella prenotazione chiederei un letto aggiuntivo per mia figlia invece del divano letto che è un po' scomodo come tutti i divani letto.

Questo posto è un paradiso! Immerso nella natura, l'ho davvero amato e spero di tornare quanto prima

L'accoglienza è stata delle migliori. I proprietari della struttura sono stati ultra gentili, disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta, pronti ad intervenire per ogni piccolo problema, davvero unici! Ci ha accolto Olivia, una bellissima cagnolona, e questo è stato super! L'appartamentino era davvero delizioso, caldo, accogliente. Insomma tutto perfetto! Abbiamo passato un capodanno in pace, immersi nella natura.

Nulla. Davvero era tutto un incanto, sia come location, che come servizi. Mi sembrava di essere in famiglia, coccolato e in pace con me stesso! Consigliatissimo! Unica pecca, non imputabile alla struttura, a volte Google Maps ti fa prendere strade tra i boschi tutte dissestate. Consiglio sempre di seguire la strada principale che porta al paese.

Relax e pace con vista meravigliosa

Posto meraviglioso. Proprietari gentili e disponibili, si vede che ci tengono al cliente. Camere molto spaziose, cucina molto fornita e c'è anche a disposizione un barbeque in camera per fare il BBQ sul terrazzo. Nel terrazzo molto grande c'erano sia delle sedie che dei lettini.
