Anna and Giulia were both very helpful, friendly, and professional. They had a very nice handwritten note in the kitchen and made us feel truly welcome. Giulia gave us a tour of the apartment and answered all of our questions promptly in person and through WhatsApp.
We might have missed the description about the stairs- each room (living room, kitchen, studio/bathroom, and bedrooms) are all on separate floors so we weren’t expecting to be going up/down so many times. But everything is just super comfortable and very clean. The elevator did have an awful smell… but the lobby and the apartment both smelled clean and nice!
