View is to die for and location perfect. And seems like save neighborhood.

The view is absolutely stunning and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several comfort and maintenance issues affected our experience. The house was very hot, with only one fan for the entire property. Opening windows to cool down was difficult due to strong wind, which blew leaves into the house and items around. On arrival, the kitchen was not properly prepared. Dishes were still on the drying rack, and the dishwasher was dirty inside with utensils left in it. While the host apologized for the rubbish not being put out, there were no extra refuse bags available for us to supply the gardener, who later came to empty all rubbish from the garage. The garage had a persistent bad smell throughout our stay due to all the garbage staged in one corner. As the first entrance to the house, the garage—with broken cabinets, dirty walls, and unpleasant odor (due to rubbish) —was not welcoming. The house needs general upgrading. The built-in braai is rusted and cannot be locked, floor levels are uneven, and dark tiles on stairs make depth hard to judge. The main bathroom plug does not seal, and blinds are in poor condition. We also experienced a significant ant problem. After sunset, ants came out in large numbers, making it impossible to relax on the sun loungers. On the last night, ants even invaded the main bedroom light switch, causing the lights to turn on by themselves. While this may not be noticeable during the day, it is something management should urgently address. We did inform them so they can pay attention to this issue. With better maintenance, cleaning, pest control, and cooling solutions, this property has great potential given its exceptional location and view.
