Relaxing music was playing in a room upon our arrival, staff is really nice and helping, convenient and nice location.
Some things were broken/ did not work the best upon our arrival (clogged bath drain, leaking coffee machine in a room), missing some amenities, safe couldn't be properly locked, but none major issues

The room was very beautiful and Jean-Claude is lovely
The breakfast : we were told that we could have either coffee or juice and only one item per person from the list.
We were the first down for breakfast, we asked to be seated outside, it was refused. When we left our table we noticed that all the other guests were outside

Fabulous location
Interior is in need of maintenance and updating. Bathroom mat was grubby and damp (sisal) and paint work behind mirrors not patchedZ. Headboard loose and tnerefore noisy with any movement. No adaptor plug for in room hairdryer therefore unusable
