Perfect location, wonderful, friendly accommodating hosts. Breakfast fantastic, beautifully presented. Lovely pool area and places to relax and enjoy the view. Our stay was so perfect we didn't want to leave.

Very nice guest house and stay, just a couple of hiccups.

Super hosts, very friendly, nice garden and pools, parking, nice evening dining.

Evening meal had no choice. Aircon unit above the bed is very noisy & uncomfortable. When mentioned this we were told to switch it off and open the patio door 🤷‍♂️ hmmm!

What an oasis! Wonderful guesthouse!

Beautiful Guesthouse and heartwarming owners Lidwien and her husband doing everything to spoil their guests. Perfect breakfast and the option to dine in the guesthouse in the evening. Nice pool and sundeck to enjoy the weather. Highly recommended.

No complain, but you have to be aware of the two big dogs in the house. But they are super friendly and quiet.

It’s not a place that I will re-visit or recommend to others.

Rooms and outside pool area were beautiful .

Owner was too nosy… wanted to be too involved in what we were doing. Smell of dogs in the house, definitely wasn’t pleasant. Breakfast was too limited for vegetarians and pesketarians. Host wasn’t welcoming and was quite sarcastic at times.

Our hosts were so welcoming & made us feel at home. The accommodation was very comfortable & nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for dinner. Frans cooked us a fantastic 3 course meal - excellent food. Beautiful location very near a magnificent beach. Wonderful views into False Bay.

Great location for visiting the surrounding area. Very clean accommodation, with everything that you need for a stress free holiday. The hosts were fantastic and helped us arrange our days, booking tickets and advising us on the best places to visit.

Stay in Gordon's Bay

We've been staying in a number of hotels and B&B over this holiday, and this one has definitely been in the top 3. The location is great, the staff are magnificent and the breakfast was 5 star with an awesome selection. The rooms are well appointed and we even got a free upgrade !!

EVERYTHING! Wonderful hospitality, friendliness and communication from Lidwien & Frans, excellent proximity to the beachfront yet tranquil and beautifully scenic. We LOVED having two pools. We had a fantastic 7-course New Years Eve dinner, and broke in the new year with a lovely toast!

What a treat ....

Frans has to be serving the best dinners in GB by far, simply stunning - have to treat yourselves at least twice. Liedwen is such a welcoming and accommodating hostess. Lots of laughs, good times and we left as friends. Rooms immaculate, comfy beds and nice pool and honesty bar for windy days

Amazing stay!

Absolute amazing stay, you guys made us feel welcome and comfortable. The place was immaculate, the facilities great, service was a 10 out of 10! And to top it all off breakfast was amazing, they even catered halaal just for us😁! Thank you for making this little getaway so pleasant, thank you for creating such a serene environment and for going the extra mile, thank you for making us feel safe and relaxed. We really appreciate it We'll definitely be back as soon as we can and recommend this place to anyone❤️

A lovely B&B with wonderful hosts

The breakfast is a real highlight ! The hosts are overwhelmingly friendly and helpful and the location in Gordon’s Bay is very good as in the middle between Capetown and Hermanus. The two pools have been a very good alternative to the closed beach (COVID-19)

The only minus for us was the carpet as we prefer wooden or stone floor - but that was by far compensated by the rest of the lovely furnished and decorated house.

Veldig vennlig vertskap. Fantastisk god mat. Nydelig hage med to basseng. Stillheten. De små ekstra detaljene. Alt i alt, et nydelig sted! Et ekstra pluss for nærhet til fine turterreng.

Wunderschönes B&B mit herzlichen Gastgebern und kulinarisch auf höchstem Niveau

Alles in allem war es ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und sich permanent um das Wohl ihrer Gäste gekümmert. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück hat für ein B&B alle Erwartungen übertroffen, es gibt eine riesige Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Köstlichkeiten und alles ist sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Auch das Abendessen, das wir an Silvester in der Unterkunft eingenommen haben (es gab ein 7-Gänge-Menü!) war geschmacklich außergewöhnlich und kulinarisch auf höchstem Niveau. Ein großes Lob an den Chef des Hauses Frans, der selbst in der Küche zaubert. Ansonsten ist der Garten sehr schön gestaltet, es ist absolut ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen. Auch in der Wohngegend haben wir uns zu jeder Zeit sehr sicher gefühlt. Im Hof gibt es die Möglichkeit, das Auto geschützt/sicher zu parken.

Es gibt keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt, alles bestens!

Het warme welkom van de gastvrouw. Weer De tuin is fantastisch . Prachtig aangelegd , heerlijk om in te ontspannen. De kamer was prachtig, alles was mooi en netjes . Misschien nog wel mooier dan op de foto. Onze kamer had zijn eigen terrasje en ligbedden. Het ontbijt was perfect. Ze weten je te verwennen in Bloemenzee. Het is op loopafstand naar het strand,en of restaurantjes
