We stayed for 3 nights at this property. Good, calm place. Pool is not stationary but is a good option. Owners left for us cookies, wine, bottled water. This was so lovely! :) There was also pasta with sauces which we cooked during our stay. Owners let us stay a little bit longer after check out time so we could wait our train. That was also very kind of them! There is enough space for 3 couples in 2 houses. The look freshly renovated are pretty cozy. The yard has a swing which was popular among us :) Recommended!

There is only one bathroom in one of the houses. Which is ok but not very convenient. The light in both houses has a cold tone, that makes it a little bit uncomfortable. There were not that much electric sockets but it was enough for us. The only problem was that in the kitchen part there is only one socket and you can't use more then one kitchen appliance, for example kettle and microwave, at a time. This might be easily fixed by adding electric splitter. Also sink drain pipes for both bathroom sink and kitchen sink have no bends so the smell from drain comes back to the house. This is also easily fixable

Отличное место, хорошие хозяева, собственная территория, на которой два домика, в одном одна спальня, кухня и туалет с душем, во втором гостиная и вторая спальня. Хозяева бесплатно приготовили обычную воду в бутылках, газированнаую воду, колу, яйца, бекон, наггетсы. Красиво украсили к новому году. Однозначно рекомендую!

La sorpresa più bella è stata l' avere inaugurato la struttura. Per l'occasione lo staff, molto gentile e disponibile, ha offerto un pranzo caratteristico georgiano. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, l' ambiente nuovo e dotato di tutti i confort. Ottima anche la posizione: tranquilla e silenziosa pur essendo in pieno centro cittadino. Nessun problema per la lingua: lo staff parla inglese. Simpatica infine l' iniziativa di donare una bottiglia di vino di produzione familiare al momento del congedo. Un' esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.
