Местоположение, достаточно просторная квартира, чистота.
Сильно скрепят кровати, в душе бывают перепады температуры воды с горячей на холодную.

Большая просторная квартира. Не далеко от центра. Рядом магазины, кафе, достопримечательности. Много места, большая кухня отдельно. Есть чай и кофе. Чисто. Чистые полотенца и постель. Одноразовые тапочки. Кондиционеры. Большой холодильник. Быстрое общение с хозяином. Удобные диваны в зале.
Очень плохие кровати. Сильно скрипят, повернуться не возможно. В зале скрепят полы. Смеситель плохо работает, то холодная вода то кипяток, тяжело настроить. На кухне ножи нужно обновить или наточить и отремонтировать кран и ручки тумбочек. Очень шумный и вибрирует вытяжка над плитой, нужен ремонт. Телевизор трудно включить, два пульта, не понятно что нажимать, нужна инструкция. Нет микроволновки. Квартира на втором этаже, если кому то сложно подняться высокая лестница. Снизу квартиры шумный житель, громко говорит по телефону, смотрит телевизор и все это после 11 ночи. Нужно добавить ложку для обуви. )
