Kutaisi Central

The Location was nice with many good Restaurants, supermarkets and Bars around. The room was nice and it looked newly renovated. Breakfast was good and plenty but only instant coffee. We arrived in the middle of the night and were picked up at the airport which is really appreciated

We stayed 5 nights and thought we would get room service, but had to ask for everything. The communication was difficult because they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Georgian or Russian. It seemed like they don’t have a second room key. We put the used towels on the bottom after some days and didn’t receive new ones although I asked for room service. We only had 2 of 5 mornings breakfast but paid for 3 breakfast. On one day we had to go at 9am to our excursion and I asked 2 days in advance to have breakfast at 8 am but nothing was prepared and we waited until 08:30. They didn’t respond to my messages (although they use a translator app) and didn’t excuse for not offering breakfast or returned the money. Also, I have never changed the linen in a hotel by myself before, it wasn’t even made when we arrived. If you speak Georgian and don’t need service the hotel might be good.
