With 5 beds and chairs (stools), small but fairly well equipped kitchen and en-suite bathroom the accomodation is very good value for money. Walking distance to the city center. Nice view of Kutaisi from the terrace. Working airconditioning, hot water in the shower and free parking right outside were handy.
We were probably unfortunate with the timing. A new floor is being built on top of the room so there were some construction-related sounds and intense smell of fresh concrete, which made the air hard to breath. The two windows face a small dark street. There were wet spots on the ceiling with color peeling off and faling on the floor and in the bed. Beware of the cracks in some of the stools.

Хозяин был очень приветлив и дружелюбен, встретил нас в аэропорту Кутаиси и доставил до места проживания. В доме было чисто и было всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Особенно понравилась просторная терраса с хорошим видом и удобной мебелью — приятно было пить чай или кофе на свежем воздухе. Дом находится недалеко от центра и всех основных достопримечательностей, рядом есть магазины. Всё очень понравилось, рекомендуем!

Logement un peu excentré mais idéal avec une voiture, pour un passage court et éviter le centre-ville
Appartement et chambre très spacieux, équipés, propres, bonne climatisation
Remise des clés rapides (mais sans communication car le propriétaire ne parle pas du tout anglais)
Il manque quelque commodités en cuisine (casserole, spatule...)
La salle de bain sent les égouts mais difficile d'y faire quelque chose (c'est courant en Géorgie en raison des canalisation, même quand c'est très propre)
