The apartment is located right in the heart of Kutaisi within walking distance of supermarkets, ATMs and all the main attractions. It was clean and well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The host was very kind and helpful

there was no breakfest included. which is ok. it was part of the deal the apartment is very large and well designed. a lot of spaceand very nice kitchen. if you're coming for several days and want to make food, the kitchen has all that you'll need. there is a private entrence with parking for one can. it is a very central area with no parking so this is a large bonus.
Misha the host was nice and really tried to help. the only thing that bugged me a bit was thefact that kept asking us not to shut the door because it makes a lot of noice. the bathroom is very nice but the water current can be a bit better and because the boiler is working on gas, the hot water can be a bit unexpected, to whoever has no experience in this.

Location was excellent. At the city center. Owner was friendly and kind.
The apartment needs renovation. Facilities were old. The bed was uncomfortable. Water heater did not work well during this winter time.
