Kutaisi City Heart Apartment

l'appartamento é come da descrizione, a noi che viviamo in una casa indipendente con il verde intorno, possiamo dire che non ci e dispiaciuto questa sistemazione, il proprietario è stato gentile, ci ha spiegato tutto, nonostante non parlassimo ne inglese ne georgiano, ci siamo capiti e al bisogno usato il traduttore. come sistemazione ottima per noi, anche come qualità e prezzo, servizio, e vicinanze al centro di kutaisi, negozi, farmacie, locali, posizione buona, e tranquilla, e anche se la sera si fa festa nei dintorni, si dormono sonni tranquilli e sereni grazie.

non possiamo dire, che non ci sia piaciuto niente, per il prezzo è ottimo, giusto l'odore degli appartamenti che sono sul terreno che noi conosciamo bene.

there was no breakfest included. which is ok. it was part of the deal the apartment is very large and well designed. a lot of spaceand very nice kitchen. if you're coming for several days and want to make food, the kitchen has all that you'll need. there is a private entrence with parking for one can. it is a very central area with no parking so this is a large bonus.

Misha the host was nice and really tried to help. the only thing that bugged me a bit was thefact that kept asking us not to shut the door because it makes a lot of noice. the bathroom is very nice but the water current can be a bit better and because the boiler is working on gas, the hot water can be a bit unexpected, to whoever has no experience in this.

Location was excellent. At the city center. Owner was friendly and kind.

The apartment needs renovation. Facilities were old. The bed was uncomfortable. Water heater did not work well during this winter time.
