Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist so unfassbar schön, wir hatten jeden Tag ungestört den Sonnenuntergang für uns. Es ist super nah am Meer und man war so ungestört und trotzdem schnell überall! Es gab viele liebe Katzen und einen Hund, die wir sehr in unser Herz geschlossen haben. Der Preis dafür ist unfassbar günstig und der Gastgeber ist super lieb und hat uns Wein geschenkt!
Es ist sehr rudimentär eingerichtet, aber man findet alles was man braucht. Da es mitten in der Natur ist, sollte man mit Insekten klarkommen.

Отдельный вход, никто никому не мешает. На территории есть беседки, гамаки, мангал, шезлонги с видом на море. Очень много зелени, по ночам летают светлячки, и кричат квакши. Амиран нас встретил с настоящим грузинским гостеприимство, угостил вином, рассказал об истории усадьбы, в которой мы жили. Близко Батумский ботанический сад. Большой галечный пляж, людей не много, хотя мы были в самый сезон.
Дорога к морю идет через оживленную дорогу, нет тротуаров и переход достаточно опасный.

Нам очень понравилось проживание у Амирана, добрый, весёлый, услужливый хозяин) Дом располагается немного выше от моря, поэтому там гуляет ветерок, что очень приятно в летнюю жару. Великолепный вид на Батуми и закат. Магазин в 5 минутах пешком, море так же близко, пляж чистый, народу мало. Всё супер! Обязательно заглянем в гости)
