Apartment Merabi

Месторасположение отличное, не шумно за окном и рядом много магазинов, салонов красоты, ресторанов и главное Агрохаб. В апартаментах чисто, все шикарно. Спасибо Мераби за отличное место

They owner communicates very fast, we could get there in 2hours for a very reasonable price, after Orbi apartments turned out to be a scam and we had to look for other place to stay.

Вельмі ўтульнае, прыгожае месца, у якім ё ўсё, каб камфортна правесьці час! Самі апарты даволі прасторныя, вялікія вокны з прыгожым відам на горад - раён пры гэтым даволі спакойны. Было вельмі цёпла, можна гнутка кантраляваць тэмпературу. Апарты цалкам абсталяваныя - ад ваннага пакою да кухні і прылад па догляду за одзягам. Побач багата добрых крам, да мора даволі блізка, то можна і горад паглядзець, і хутка дабрацца куды заўгодна. Уласьнік, спадар Мерабі, вельмі ветлівы і гасьцінны, дапамог і з больш раньнім засяленьнем, і начным выездам. Вельмі раю гэтае месца для цудоўнага адпачынку ў Батумі! Very cozy, beautiful place, where you can comfortably spend time! The apartments themselves are quite spacious, large windows with beautiful views of the city - the district is quite peaceful. It was very warm, you can flexibly control the temperature. The apartments are fully equipped - from the bathroom to the kitchen and clothes care equipment. There are several groceries nearby, and the sea is quite close, so that you can see the city and quickly get anywhere. The owner, mr. Merabi, is very hospitable, he helped me with early check-ins and night check-outs. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation in Batumi!

Given the price for the rent, the apartment is almost too good to be true: - Friendly host, always supporting in case you need anything - Apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: Much space and well maintenanced - Location is not in the tourist center (which you know in advance, if you check the informations), but in a living neigbourhood with all kind of stores and services you might need just nearby

Only some very small details: - Shower is installed quite low, so if you're a somewhat tall adult you'll need to hold up the shower head manually - Entrance and staircase are not as nice as the appartment; rather looking like not yet finished (e.g. no stair railing) However, given the very fair price you pay, there needed to be some little disadvantages (and if it only was such details, that would't cause bad memories of your stay)
