Amazing location and a fantastic view from the window. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay, from a dishwasher to an umbrella. There are also heated floors in the bathroom, which was a really nice touch. Overall, the attention to detail is excellent. I have stayed in Batumi before, but I have never seen such a well-thought-out approach in an apartment here. Highly recommended.
Sometimes the Wi-Fi speed can be a bit low, but apart from that, everything was excellent.

Owners pushing for payment - in cash and the whole amount for the stay - right when just arrived with luggage and kids. Finally agreed to pay via bank account.
