The location can hardly be any better - two steps to the beach, walking distance everywhere (hypermarket, pharmacy, dolphinarium, cable car, cruise ships, playgrounds, Alphabetical Tower...), and yet quiet at night as not located in Old Batumi itself. :)
Many vendors make up prices as they please (e.g. the very same ice-cream can vary from 0,5 to 5 GEL), but it is still inexpensive place to go with family / children.
