Large rooms, close to the sea and boulevard. Easy to contact host. Good view if you ignore construction site.

Only one lift, very slow with horrible smell and mosquitos.

Location is great, close to the beach and all sightseeings. Great view from the balcony except building site. Nice, clean appartment with all the needed facilities for staying longer time. Host is really helpful, we have got tips about cheap and good restourants in neighborhood, local public transport and beaches outside the Batumi.

There is big building site,what you can observe from of the balcony. Construction machinery making loud noise from about 9 am till 5pm.
