A nice apartment with a TV, Internet connection, a small kitchen and a bathroom. Perfect location: just near the Batumi Mall, house of justice, McDonald's and several smaller shops. Not far from the sea. Very social host (always quickly responded to answer any questions and solve any problems).
There are only three elevators in the building, which is not enough (sometimes you have to wait for the elevator for several minutes). I would like to have a little more utensils in the kitchen, in particular, a good frying pan with low edges.
Finally, the apartment is not really good in the winter-spring period when the weather is cold (although there should not be any problems in summer). Heating does not always manage to warm up the floor. The hot water in the kitchen almost always doesn't work.
