It's a perfect apartment for staying in Batumi. All of the necessary venues are nearby like cafes, shops and the beach. The view is amazing and simply the main reason for staying. The apartment is overall neat and tidy, kitchen facilities are also all present. I really enjoyed the best sunsets and sunrises on the balcony.
It could be a bit loud sometimes since you're are in the centre of a tourist city. But windows are soundproof and around 12 am it's all quiet again. So it didn't really bother me during the stay. Besides that I really can't find anything to say.

The view was great, location as well, many stores, restaurants, attractions nearby, there were extra blankets and bed linens in case you might need some, there was a washing machine available and the apartment itself was quite spacy, large.
Wlthough there was a washing machine available, there was no washing powder.
