Apartment Katya

Great location, right in the middle of the city. If you go south, you get to the local Dubai: huge brightly Illuminated skyscrapers, charming hotels - modern city. If you go north, you find yourself in a more classic historical and European-style housing, with rare isolated skyscrapers. There are a lot of incredibly beautiful parks and lakes within walking distance. Europe Square is one of the most beautiful squares I ever saw. The embankment is just a 5-minute walk away.

The surrounding parts of the local area are filled with old buildings, they look untidy externally. The apartment itself is quite neat though. One of the room lacks window, which is fine for me, but some people might see this as a downside.

Good apartment with everything needed for a stay. A lot of space, good location, good bathroom.

Kiváló, jól felszerelt apartman. Mindenhez közel: tengerpart 2 percre, áruházak, vendéglők, pékség, buszmegállók. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, minden plusz igényünkben segített! Nekünk külön öröm volt, hogy volt "Batumi Card" az apartmanban, aminek köszönhetően busszal bejárhattuk az egész várost a Botanikus kerttől a Batumi Bazaar-ig. Ha legközeleb Batumiba utazunk, újra Katya-t választjuk! Excellent, well-equipped apartment. Close to everything: beach 2 minutes away, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, bus stops. The host is very kind, helped us with all our extra needs! We were especially pleased that there was a "Batumi Card" in the apartment, thanks to which we could travel by bus throughout the city from the Botanical Garden to the Batumi Bazaar. If we travel to Batumi next time, we will choose Katya again!

The apartment fully matches the photo, it’s clean, has everything you need, the location is great, everything is within walking distance. The owner is polite, the check-in process is as convenient as possible. Cozy, comfortable, quiet place, all amenities. On our next visit we will try to stay here, we liked everything.
