Дом с закрытым огороженным двором, стоит на первой линии, на побережье. Сама квартира с панорамными окнами, большим балконом с видом на море. Все очень чисто, есть все для комфортной жизни. Местоположение отличное, все рядом. Хозяйка сама встречает, приятная в общении, всегда на связи.
Хотя дом относительно новый и по проекту должен был быть роскошным с арками, колоннами и статуями, но выглядит неряшливо из-за обшарпанного фасада и мансардных надстроек, вроде как , незаконных.

Все чисто, посуда почти вся есть, с водой все в порядке Прекрасный вид и балкон на котором мы провели очень уютные вечера Привезли ключи ко времени, так же оперативно забрали, хозяйка говорит по русски
Снаружи дом выглядит страшно, но внутри все хорошо
$$$$
