This is by far the best-maintained apartment in Orbi City, Batumi! I’ve stayed in several others before, and many of the positive reviews there are obviously fake or paid for by owners. In reality, a lot of those places are dirty, have mold on the walls, no washing machine, and even broken entry doors. Some reception staff were rude, didn’t speak English, and the whole atmosphere felt sketchy — almost semi-mafia style. Orbi City Queer 5★ is the complete opposite! It’s spotless, modern, and properly maintained. You can really count on the owner’s support — polite, professional, and easy to reach. I actually booked my stay at 6 a.m., asked at 8 a.m. if an early check-in around 10 a.m. was possible, and he immediately said yes. Great person, excellent apartment — a real five-star experience among the chaos. Totally recommend, and I’ll be booking again next month for sure!

Великолепные апартаменты с прекрасным видом из окна😍. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для проживания. Я жила там больше двух недель и это было великолепно! Хозяин Сергей очень приветливый и внимательный, всегда был на связи. В номере есть вся необходимая посуда и даже красивые бокалы, чтобы вечером можно было насладиться вкуснейшим грузинским вином))). Огромная кровать с очень удобным матрасом, белоснежное бельем. Рекомендую данные апартаменты в них уютно и очень комфортно! Спасибо Сергею за гостеприимство, обязательно приеду ещё раз!
