Первое что хочу отметить - это гостеприимный владелец апартаментов, всегда был на связи. Отель в самом центре Батуми, мы жили на 5 этаже, вид на море был, в отеле есть также кафе с приятным персоналом и вкусной кухней, рекомендую зайти туда попробовать десерты и смузи. В номере все есть для комфортного проживания , вполне чисто, единственное что кровать скрипит , во сне от каждого поворота скрип от кровати был Есть холодильник, плита, посуда. Хорошее расположение , рядом много кафе, ТЦ, набережная, все достопримечательности в пределах 1-3км , ходили везде пешком, все в доступности.

Отличная локация и прекрасный вид. Заселили быстро и четко. Возле апартаментов много магазинов, кафе, прекрасная набережная. Все рядом- аэропорт, жд вокзал, исторический центр.

이건물은 전체적으로 부실공사입니다. 로비부터 객실까지 제대로 마감공사가안되어있고 옆건물의경우 꼭대기층 공사를 위해 호이스트가 설치된 상태로 호텔영업을 하고있고 체류중 지진 걱정에 두려움이 들정도였습니다 또한 화장실 벤틀레이션 이작동하지않아 화장실 냄새가 심했음
