Хорошее местоположение, 5 мин до моря, недалеко от центра и от нового Батуми. Тихий двор. Чистота. Доброжелательный хозяин, встретил нас с ж/д вокзала. В квартире есть все необходимое.

Локація топ, зручно, чисто. Нас була компанія з 7 людей, всім вистачило місця. Кондиціонер працює, відпочивати було комфортно.

Прекрасное расположение, на оживленной улице, полной магазинов, кафе, пекарен, при этом квартира во дворе и очень тихая. Море в 5 минутах ходьбы. Так же близко к историческому центру в одну сторону, и к современному району небоскребов в другую сторону. Прекрасные хозяева, отвечают на все вопросы очень быстро, доброжелательные, всегда готовы помочь. Георгий даже встретил нас лично на вокзале и довез до квартиры, за что ему большое спасибо! Все было прекрасно.

The location is great, all kitchen facilities were there. Super kind host, very responsive.
We were there in the middle of October. Huge humidity inside, north side, no sun in rooms. It was really cold inside, the floor was like an ice. No Central heating/boiler. The air conditioner worked really weird in a heat Mode, so it was complicated to get wormer.
