Apartment Maisi

The location was good, not too far away from the city center. However, there's a little sports field just next to the appartment so there were screeming kids until at least 11pm. The appartment is big and spacious devided on two floors, the bed is huge and very comfortable. The room is big as well and the window was also very large and allowed the air to flow in quite easily. There was a second room downstairs as well. We left the window open during the night and we were always greeted by cats coming through in the morning.

The appartment was not thourougly clean. When we first arrived it had a very strong and overwhelming smell of curry. We found all sorts of objects left by other guests: empty shampoo recipient, bottle of juice under the bed, cigarette, a wine cork near the trash can...There were also weird stains on the head of our bed. We had to deal with ant invasions, 2 cockroaches and there was even a scorpion on the ground floor on the last morning of our stay. There was no tea towel in the kitchen, no carpet for our feet after the shower, no hand soap, and we had to wash all of our utensils before using them for the first time because nothing was clean.

Big two-floored appartment with huge terrace, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, comfortable beds, 10 minutes walking to the beach. Lots of shops and restautants are nearby. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Big room is perfect, with huge balcony and nice terrace. King size bed is perfect and enough space for luggage, clothes, etc. Overall house is very good for small families or group of friends. Small room is perfectly suitable for children.

Самое главное что мне понравилось - это воздух. Во дворе есть пальма и от неё такой приятный воздух, очень хорошо спасает от изобилия машин в городе Во-вторых, тишина. Несмотря на то, что во дворе есть футбольная площадка, где почти каждый день дети играют, после 21 сразу становится тихо. Вроде бы Чавчавадзе близко, но в квартире и во дворе даже не замечаешь. Ещё, просторная кровать. Приятный матрас. Коврик. Лучше бы их было бы побольше. Просторная кухня - большой плюс, так как я с женой люблю готовить. Отзывчивые владельцы. Очень доброжелательные люди. Это тоже очень важно.
