Хозяин номера очень быстро отреагировал - у нас была срочная необходимость брони. Встретились, показал, рассказал, расплатились, ключи наши. Всё четко и по делу. Высокий этаж = отличный вид на набережную и, конечно - море!

Отличное расположение в районе Кобаладзе/Инсаридзе. Пляж через дорогу. Всё что надо отличного отдыха. Отличный хозяин, вежливый и пунктуальный. Позаботился о предоставлении дополнительного постельного белья. В целом всё отлично!

Гостеприимный хозяин, без проблем разрешил поздний выезд. Встретил жену с автобуса. В общем все наши вопросы закрыл. Отличная квартира, хороший вид, уютно, чисто, просторно, жить в удовольствие. Рекомендую:)

The host is very friendly, I had some troubles with my flight, he was very obliging and helpful in that matter. The room was spacious, had a terrace with a great view of the sea and the city. I really enjoyed the sunset on that stressful day.
- It's located in the loud area of the Batumi, so it can be a bit disturbing even with windows being closed. - I kinda didn't manage to turn on the lights in the bedroom and the living room. However, I was there just for several hours and didn't really care. I believe the host would have found a solution really quickly.
