White apartment

Отличный вариант проживания в Батуми. Фотографии апартаментов не обманывают. Просторная светлая, чистая квартира. Рядом автобусная остановка, легко на автобусе 10 или 10S, из аэропорта, добраться до места. Рядом набережная, море видно из окошка. И, в тоже время, дом удалён от проезжей части, поэтому во дворе спокойно и тихо и имеется бассейн. И во дворе есть несколько магазинов и несколько кафе. В апартаментах есть всё для комфортного проживания. Если приеду в Батуми, остановлюсь именно здесь. Как и во всех домах, слышимость хорошая, но у меня было тихо и никто не беспокоил.

Нет такого.

Хорошие просторные апартаменты. Все необходимое для проживания есть!

good location

1. Our apartment was not ready by the agreed check-in time. We were allowed to leave our suitcases and asked to take a walk. When we finally checked in, there was not a single dry towel in the room: all the towels were damp and drying on the balcony. 2. The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable and flat. We asked the owner for extra pillows, but he promised them but never gave them. 3. The trash can was broken, there was no tray in the microwave, there was no detergent for washing clothes or washing dishes. The owner was informed about this, they only brought us dishwashing detergent, but the detergent was never provided. 4. Dirty dishes in the kitchen. 5. There was so much scale on the kettle that it couldn't even be washed off. 6. Very loud air conditioner. 7. There are no instructions in the room on how to access the pool, or the password for the Wi-Fi, etc. And all the information had to be personally asked from the owner of the apartment each time. In general, there is no correlation between price and quality. This apartment needs maintenance.
