Very spacious and nice apartment in a perfect location. Everything you need is within walking distance. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation!

The hosts were really helpful. We arrived late, and they kept a parking space for us, which was really helpful because parking in Batumi is a challenge. The property itself is exactly like in the photos. It is perfect for our family - 2 adults and 2 kids who need separate spaces. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi - it was ok at first time but after a snooze, you should "forget the network" and connect again. Hosts are going to solve it. But on some Windows devices, all was ok.
Some WiFi problems.
