The hosts were really helpful. We arrived late, and they kept a parking space for us, which was really helpful because parking in Batumi is a challenge. The property itself is exactly like in the photos. It is perfect for our family - 2 adults and 2 kids who need separate spaces. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi - it was ok at first time but after a snooze, you should "forget the network" and connect again. Hosts are going to solve it. But on some Windows devices, all was ok.

we loved staying here! the apartment is cozy, clean, and has everything you need—comfy furniture, fresh towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. the renovation is modern, and all the appliances work perfectly. the hosts were so kind and helpful! they answered all our questions quickly and gave us great tips for exploring the area. you can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome. 100% recommend this place! we’d definitely stay here again. thanks for everything!

The Stuff was good and the room was clean. The area is good and safe. English speaking manager, good location on quiet street, big, comfy and clean room with tv and AC. Cheap and good laundry option
