Batumi LVT Apartment

First, I got the key from the supermarket next to the building with the owner's guidance. At first, the location and neighborhood of the building was very messy, crowded, and disappointing. Even before entering the rental unit. But don't be upset at all. When we finally entered, the unit was very clean and tidy. The furniture and equipment were all there. All was clean and tidy. It had good light and ventilation. There was quiet enough to relax. You could feel like you were at home. The owner was quickly available via WhatsApp and gave guidance. I can definitely recommend it to anyone with confidence.

The worst thing was that the neighborhood was untidy, and of course, the parking problem was a big problem. But eventually, you could find a parking space in one or two nearby streets. I would have been much happier if I had found washing powder or liquid and paper towels. There were two toilets, neither of which had a bidet.

Große Wohnung, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank vorhanden. Ziemlich im Zentrum gelegen.

Von Anfang an gab es Probleme mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Wir konnten keiner finden der uns die Schlüsseln gibt. Den Vermieter konnten wir telefonisch nicht erreichen. Als wir das Haus gefunden haben funktionierte der Aufzug nicht, bzw. die Karte war nicht mit dem Geld geladen. Ganze zwei Wochen wurde oberhalb unserer Apartment Tag und Nacht renoviert. Oft sehr laut Nachts gefeiert. Duschtasse undicht, fließt immer das Wasser unten raus. Fenstern lassen sich nicht richtig schließen und öffnen. Gardinen im Weg. Müllentsorgung nicht erklärt. Strom 2 mal ausgefallen.
