Property owner met us in lobby and showed the room. Very open and communicative person. Many thanks! Orbi City Buildings locate on first line from Black Sea. Close to down town and Airport. I do recommend this place.

The apartment (2917)was clean,bed sheets and the towels were clean ,location was great,view was excellent and the ownner was helpful and available all the time .That was a wonderful trip to Batumi .I strongly recommend this property.
Bring your shampoo and toothpaste with you.We experienced only one noisy night there because of the loud sound of the clubs.
