Von Begin der Buchung bis nach dem Check Out war die Kommunikation (über WhatsApp und Telefon) mit Karina sehr gut, zeitnah und sehr zuverlässig. Sie hat uns sehr freundlich im Appartement empfangen, alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Appartement war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, inkl. Mikrowelle und gut funktionierender Waschmaschine. Die Betten und Kopfkissen waren super bequem. Der Kühlschrank ist leider etwas klein.
Die Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen wurden vielfach kommentiert und dafür kann der/die Vetmieter/in nichts. Man muss eben die Zeit einkalkulieren wenn man die 47 Etagen rauf oder runter möchte. Aber manchmal ging es auch ganz zügig oder man konnte mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch kommen.
