Orbi City - Sea View Aparthotel in Batumi

The room is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you might need: pots, pans, a stove, and a large fridge. The sea view from the window is absolutely stunning. The bed is the highlight of the stay! It’s huge and incredibly comfortable — I’m now dreaming of getting the exact same mattress for my home. I also appreciated the super powerful hairdryer in the bathroom (it’s a rare find in rentals and a huge plus!). Housekeeping and linen changes are available for an extra fee, which I found very convenient. Unfortunately, I had to leave early due to family circumstances. The staff was incredibly understanding and helpful: they went above and beyond by freezing my unused days for a future stay. Huge thanks for the human touch and excellent service! I will definitely be back.

One minor downside: the curtains are not very thick (not blackout). If you value your sleep and prefer total darkness, I highly recommend bringing a sleep mask, as the morning light gets in quite easily.

Локация, готовность хозяйки пойти навстречу во всех вопросах, быстрые ответы и адекватные реакции на просьбы. По первой же просьбе без проблем нам заменили номер на другой: в первом не закрывалась балконная дверь, а при шквальном ветре это совершенно несовместимо с жизнью.

Мы прилетели в очень плохую погоду: были сильный ветер и дождь. Из-за ветра в Орби не работали лифты - двери закрывались неплотно, и лифты никуда не ехали. Чтобы вы понимали: наш номер был на 39м этаже, пешком с кучей вещей - не вариант, совсем. В итоге из 12 лифтов работали - 2. А в Орби живут тысячи человек... В номере было ужасно холодно: кондиционер на обогрев не помогал: тепло было только если стоять прямо под ним. В общем, на ночевку мы сбежали в другое место)) Но в хорошую погоду там отлично - мы очень часто останавливаемся в Орби и любим этот апарт-отель за вид и удобства.
