The location was great, it was in the middle of the city near many cafes, restaurants, beach and attractions. The home owner is polite and helpful. The house has 2 floors. One floor is the ground floor the other one is the basement where there is sauna and hot tube. You enter a yard from a gate then you access the house. The yard is shared with a few other houses and a cafe kitchen door is opening to the yard which they use as a staff resting area.
The basement was damp which caused a pungent smell in some areas of the house. There were no amenities for bathroom like shampoo or shower gel. The bathroom curtains had mould.
The front door of the house is opened with a password from outside, no chance to lock from inside which caused some security concerns.

Eine sehr gute Zimmeraufteilung und natürlich die zentrale Lage
Die Sauberkeit hat ein wenig zu wünschen gelassen und der Eingangsbereich/Hof vor der Unterkunft war sehr erschreckend und wurde durchgehend vom Personal des Restaurants neben an genutzt.
Die Bäder sind beide sehr eng geschnitten und es ist etwas feucht in den Räumen, besonders im Keller (schimmeliger Geruch).
