Sunshine Apartments In Alliance Palace Batumi

Location next to the beach was great. We stayed at the 28th floor ocean and the view was stunning! The Alliance building houses the Alliance Hotel, the Marriott Hotel, and Sunshine Apartments, the latter being managed by a private host. The host was very helpful and replied quickly on Whatsapp .The apartment was very basic and clean, however no cleaning during our stay was included.

Staying five nights with only one set of towels and one toilet roll was a bit sparse. Be prepared to wash and dry the towels yourself and to buy an extra roll of paper. There were no coffeemaker (only a waterboiler) as listed. The pool and the gym shown in the pictures are actually located in the Marriot Hotel and entry fee is 100 GEL per person for one day.

Great stay by the sea! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly and ready to help.🥰

the location, furnitures are okay. but kitchen utensils, spoon and fork, needs a replacement. also at least provide extra beddings, towels to change during the stay

I must say, my friend which I travelled with, had a much better apartment than me. So you can have luck or not, like me with this. In my room was fungus, WiFi did not work properly, only for like 5 minutes a day. There was a strange smell of onion everyday when you did not let the door to the balcony open. It did not come from another flat, very very dirty and smelly room. The system of accessing your flat is just stupid. It’s not the fault of the house keeper, much more of the company who owns the building, but it’s just straight bad and stupid built and makes it horrifically bad and many extra steps if you want to meet with a friend or family member which got an apartment on a different floor.
